The Sky Bet EFL Play-Off Finals are almost upon us as Wembley Stadium is set for three thrilling showdowns.

Here’s everything you need to know ahead of the weekend…

When and where are the Finals taking place?

Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final – Saturday 27 May (kick-off 16:45)
Coventry City vs Luton Town

Sky Bet League Two Play-Off Final – Sunday 28 May (kick-off 13:30)
Carlisle United v Stockport County

Sky Bet League One Play-Off Final – Monday 29 May (kick-off 15:00)
Barnsley v Sheffield Wednesday

Where will the Fan Zones be located?

All six teams have dedicated Fan Zone areas where supporters have the chance to join fellow fans to enjoy a drink, including alcohol, food and a DJ. They are an ideal place to soak up the pre-match party atmosphere.

There are two fans located on the East and West sides of the stadium. Fan Zone allocation is below.

The fan zones will be open from 11.00 each day and close 30 minutes prior to kick-off. They will stop serving alcohol one hour before kick-off.

Supporters will need to present a valid stadium ticket to enter either area which have limited capacities. The stadium’s bag policy (see below) also applies to anyone visiting the fan zone.

What do I need to know before travelling?

By National Rail

Supporters are encouraged to plan their journeys in advance to avoid disappointment or delay to their travel.  All those travelling by rail should plan to arrive at Wembley stations no later than one hour prior to kick-off, to allow sufficient time to walk to and enter the stadium.

London Underground

Wembley Stadium benefits from easy access to three rail / London Underground stations. These are:

• Wembley Stadium station
• Wembley Central station
• Wembley Park station

By Car

Event day parking at Wembley Stadium is limited and must be booked in advance via the Wembley Official Parking website. Please book early to avoid disappointment. Any vehicles which do not pre-book will not be granted access to the stadium car parks. Customers are advised to park via the official car parks only,

Blue badge parking is available for ticketholders with accessibility needs and this can also be booked directly through the Wembley Official Parking website. For any further accessibility requirements, please review Wembley Stadium’s Access Information page, or visit the Guest support portal.

How can I watch the Final?

All three Finals will be televised live on Sky Sports Football and Main Event.

Coverage of the Championship Play-Off Final begins at 16:00. Presenters David Prutton and Michelle Owen will be joined by guests Jobi McAnuff, Keith Andrews and Don Goodman, with commentators Daniel Mann and Andy Hinchcliffe.

Meanwhile, coverage of the League One Play-Off Final kicks off at 14:00. Presenters Prutton and Owen are joined by guests McAnuff and Clinton Morrison, along with commentators Gary Weaver and Don Goodman.

And coverage of the League Two Play-Off Final gets underway at 13:00. Presenter Owen will be joined by Courtney Sweetman-Kirk and commentators David Stowell and Lee Hendrie. 

How did the Finalists reach Wembley?

Coventry City beat Middlesbrough 1-0 in the Semi-Final second leg at the Riverside to reach Wembley after playing out a goalless draw in the first leg.

A 2-0 win in the second leg of the Semi-Final at Kenilworth Road over Sunderland gave Luton Town a 3-2 victory on aggregate to book the Hatters’ place in the Final.

The scores were level after the first leg when Barnsley and Bolton Wanderers played out a 1-1 draw before a 1-0 win at Oakwell saw the Reds advance to the Final 2-1 on aggregate.

Sheffield Wednesday came back from a 4-0 deficit in the first leg against Peterborough United to finish 5-5 on aggregate in extra-time and triumph 5-3 on penalties at Hillsborough.

Trailing 1-0 defeat in the first leg, Carlisle United took the tie to extra time at Brunton Park to win 3-1 on home soil and 3-2 on aggregate and make it to the home of football.

Stockport County came from behind in the first leg following a 1-0 loss to beat Salford City 2-1 in the second leg and eventually progress 3-1 on spot-kicks in the shootout.
