Cleethorpes Armed Forces Weekend 2023 entertainment times including choirs, bands and displays

Thousands of people are expected to flock to North East Lincolnshire’s annual Armed Forces Weekend. And there will be plenty to keep the crowds entertained – from choir and band performances to laser lights and the traditional flying displays.

The free family event will take place across the central and seafront areas of Cleethorpes this weekend. Activities will be split between the main stage at the Armed Forces Memorial and the Boating Lake.

Timings for the stages have now been finalised, but this remains subject to changes on the day. Read on to find out what’s on and where throughout the celebrations from June 16-18.

Friday, June 16

Main stage: (from 1.30pm until the Carnival parade, and then from 8pm to 10pm)

  • 1.30pm Linkage College Choir
  • 2.15pm and 3.10pm Cleethorpes Academy Choir
  • 4pm: Memory Lane Choir
  • 4.45pm: MAK & Co

Evening entertainment

  • 8pm: Ever
  • 9pm: Dangerous Brothers Grimsby

Saturday, June 17

Main stage / roundabout area at the Remembrance Gate: (at various points in the day from 11am onwards)
