Dorset buildings among properties going to auction
A pair of freehold buildings, comprising five flats and two shops in the Georgian gem town of Blandford Forum, Dorset, is going to auction with a guide price at £600,000 on 15 June.
The property (lot 39) is let at £50,112 per annum, and is one of 134 lots across Southern England by Clive Emson Auctioneers.
A former primary school, ransom strip, chapel, offices building, a tin mine engine room and a house built around the time of Tudor king Henry VII – just some of the diverse lots listed by Clive Emson Auctioneers for June.
The firm’s land and property auction, covering southern England and the fourth of eight this year, ends on Thursday, 15 June, with bidding live 48 hours beforehand.
