Every Championship player released so far as Hull City prepare for summer overhaul
It will be a case of quality over quantity for Hull City in the transfer market this summer. Head coach Liam Rosenior is keen to sign a minimum of five new players as the Tigers look to mount a promotion challenge next term.
Rosenior, who has been in charge of City since last November, is in regular dialogue with head of recruitment Lee Darnbrough and vice-chairman Tan Kesler as the club aim to get their transfer business done early. “The good thing is that because we’ve known for a long time where we are, we’ve known we’re going to be a Championship club for a long time, we’ve identified targets, we’ve spoken to agents, we know exactly what we want and now it’s my job and the club’s job to make it happen,” Rosenior told Hull Live.
“And if we do, I couldn’t be more excited for next season.”
