Happy family smiling is camera club photo of the week

There were lots of photos of family gatherings and pictures of people out on walks or on the beach.

Club members also sent in pictures of their pets because of course they are also part of the family.

And one photographer put forward a photo of the Lionel Richie concert at Blenheim Palace, suggesting the thousands of fans were one big family.

There were quite a few contenders for photo of the week but we selected Tracy Morris’s happy family shot featuring plenty of cheerful smiles.

Each week camera club members are given a theme and then post their photos on the club’s Facebook page.

A selection of pictures are then featured in the Oxford Mail and online and one image is chosen as photo of the week.

The next theme is ‘food glorious food’.
