Last time out vs Southampton

Liverpool secured a 3-1 win over Southampton when the sides met earlier this season in November.

Goals from Roberto Firmino and Darwin Nunez (2) saw the Reds secure three points in their final match before the World Cup break.

This game also marked Nathan Jones’ first game in charge of the Saints.

Final Premier League match

Sunday’s match will represent Liverpool’s final match of the 2022/23 season.

The 7-0 win over Manchester United is the obvious standout from the current campaign, a game that will be remembered for years to come, but there have also been plenty of low moments.

Jurgen Klopp is likely to provide his take on this term when speaking in under an hour.
