Kent areas where the most homes have been sold

Kent areas where the most homes have been sold

The areas of Kent where the most homes have been sold are shown in the latest figures. Data from the HM Land Registry means we can see which areas have the highest – and the lowest – volume of sales.

KentLive has compared the changes in all the boroughs in Kent during a six months’ period, from August 2022 to this January. The overall drop in house sales in Kent is at -45.61 per cent – but that steep drop is a picture seen across the South East, in the most recent figures available, to January this year.

Kent saw 1,308 properties sold in January, compared to 2,405 in August 2022: that is a fall of -45.61 per cent. But across the South East, 12,224 properties were sold in August last year, compared to 6,289 in January: a higher fall than Kent, at -48.55.

The table below shows all the districts in Kent and their sales volumes, with a percentage of how much they have fallen.
