Still no word from police
StokonTrentLive is still waiting on a statement from Staffordshire Police.
A major incident is unfolding in a Stoke-on-Trent street after police cars and ambulances flooded the scene. The incident is happening in the vicinty of Flax Street, Campbell Road and Fletcher Road, Stoke, with police officers taping off the scene.
The Midlands Air Ambulance has also reportedly landed, with reports of police cordons near the area’s Car Wash and half-way down Fletcher Road.

A shocked resident, of Fletcher Road, who asked not to be named, said: “It is not something that happens every day. I have been here for 10 years and there has been no trouble. There was an air ambulance which I believe landed on a green by Summer Street. I hope everybody is ok.
