Liverpool has three definite changes waiting next season and Jürgen Klopp should be very excited

The season is not yet over, but Liverpool’s final home game of the campaign has been completed and there is very much a feeling now that the Reds have made peace with only securing a Europa League spot.

There is no doubt that missing out on the Champions League is a disappointment. At the start of the season, Liverpool was considered the most likely challenger for Manchester City, who could yet win a treble.

By the time next season kicks off, Liverpool’s task, despite the top four being beyond them this time around, is to make sure that it is once again — in its own head at least the most likely team to stop Manchester City’s dominance.

That is absolutely realistic with a couple of good additions in the transfer market this summer and a bit more luck on the injury front, with key man Luis Díaz having barely featured this season.
