Mahindra Scorpio N facelift render looks inspired from Mad Max movie

Mahindra Scorpio N facelift render looks inspired from Mad Max movie

Mahindra is currently one of the most talked-about SUV manufacturers in India. Over the past couple of years, they have introduced popular models like the Thar, XUV700, and Scorpio N, all of which have gained significant popularity in the market and are known for their long waiting periods. Recently, Mahindra has commenced deliveries of the Scorpio N, and many people have already begun modifying it. We have come across several examples of modified Scorpio N vehicles, but in this particular video, an artist has reimagined the Scorpio N, calling it the 2024 Mahindra Scorpio N facelift. The revamped design gives the SUV a striking appearance reminiscent of a vehicle from a Mad Max movie.

The video showcasing the concept was uploaded by Bagrawala Designs on their YouTube channel. It presents a visual representation of how the Mahindra Scorpio N could potentially look. The design takes inspiration from Mahindra’s BE vehicles that were teased last year. Notably, the front end of the SUV has undergone a complete redesign, resulting in a bold and refreshed look. The front grille now features bronze-finished vertical slats with the Mahindra logo positioned in the center, deviating from the previous chrome inserts. The bonnet design remains unchanged, similar to the current version.

One of the standout features at the front of this SUV is the new LED DRLs. These C-shaped LED DRLs significantly cover the entire front area, bearing resemblance to the concept pictures of Mahindra’s future electric cars. The Born Electric EVs were initially revealed to the public at the Mahindra Advanced Design Europe (MADE) facility in Oxfordshire, United Kingdom. During the unveiling, Pratap Bose, the chief designer, provided insight into the automaker’s plan to launch these SUVs. Additionally, the vertical placement of the headlamps, which appear to be projector LED units, enhances the SUV’s aesthetics. The lower part of the bumper features installed splitters, adding to the SUV’s appeal.

As a concept car, the SUV’s wheels have also been designed to complement its overall appearance. The 5-spoke wheels are finished in a bronze shade, while the fenders are equipped with cladding to provide a wider stance. Apart from these changes, the side profile of the car remains similar to the current version. At the rear, the tail lamps of the Scorpio N facelift are unchanged, except for their clear lens design housing LED lights. Moreover, the roof-mounted spoiler on this SUV differs from the one found on the current version, adding a distinct touch.

The rear bumper of the SUV has also received a redesign. Unfortunately, the video does not showcase the interior of this facelift concept. It is worth noting that this render video is not the most refined representation of the Scorpio N that has circulated on the internet thus far. Keep in mind that when Mahindra officially releases a facelift for the Scorpio N in the future, it may or may not resemble this design. Currently, the Mahindra Scorpio is available with both petrol and diesel engine options. The petrol version is equipped with a 2.0-liter mStallion turbocharged engine, while the diesel version utilizes a 2.2-liter mHawk turbocharged engine. Both engine options are available with manual and automatic transmissions, although the 4×4 option is exclusive to the diesel variant.
