Man jailed for three years for house burglary in Bromsgrove

A burglar has been jailed for three years. Miles Connors, 59, was chased and arrested by police responding to reports of suspicious activity in Bromsgrove last November.

Miles Connors, of Sidney Street, Derby, was convicted and sentenced at Worcester Crown Court on Friday, June 2 for burglary.

Det Con Rob Freer, from Kidderminster CID, said: “We understand how distressing it is to be a victim of burglary. We continue to thoroughly investigate any reports of burglary and hopefully this sentence demonstrates that we will do everything in our power to bring those responsible to justice.

“The reduction of burglary, theft and robbery are priorities for West Mercia Police.
