May 27, 2023 Disturbance – At 1:39 am, the reporting party advised some boys stole her iPhone and threw glass at her legs at 3501 N. Union. Officer #31 took Antonio Gomez, 2003, into custody for domestic assault and battery, burglary, and public intoxication.

Intoxicated Driver – At 5:11 am, the reporting party advised of a gray Hyundai Elantra that was heading northbound on 14th. Officer #43 took Ivaline Rhodd, 1997, into custody for DUI.

Disturbance – At 3:05 pm, a male was chasing a female around cars at 301 W. Hartford. Male was wearing a yellow shirt, the female was wearing all black. Officer #30 took Christy Blackburn, 08/1979, into custody for Kay County warrants.

Assault – At 5:57 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to her juvenile daughter assaulting her son. Officer #20 took one juvenile female into custody. Juvenile was then released to a parent on an Office of Juvenile Affairs promise to appear at 7:15 pm.

Disturbance – At 11:15 pm, the reporting party advised there were people in the alleyway near 609 S. 10th.

May 28, 2023 Disturbance – At 2:04 am, the reporting party advised that 15 people were yelling in the east parking lot at La Quinta. The reporting party thinks they might be fighting. Parties were separated, but came back together three minutes later.

Domestic – At 3:27 am, the reporting party advised of a male attacking a female at 9th and Maple. Officer #43 took Dillon Chambers, 10/91, into custody for kidnapping and domestic assault and battery.

911 Hang Up – At 2 pm, an open 911 call tracked to 116 S. Elm. Officer #53 took Carlos Roblez, 02/1985, into custody for petit larceny, fraudulently obtaining or receiving assistance, and conspiracy.

Check for Wanted – At 3:31 pm, Officer #29 took Marko Standsblack, 07/1988, into custody for possession of marijuana, and Kay County warrants for felony Rule 8, and larceny from house.

Theft/Shoplifting – At 4:46 pm, an Atwood’s employee on 911 requested an officer in reference to a female shoplifter that was still in the store.

Disturbance – At 5:03 pm, a 911 reporting party requested an officer in reference to a female that jumped the fence and went through the dog door at 413 S. 6th. Female broke in and started assaulting him. Officer #29 took Stella Harris, 10/1991, into custody for domestic assault and battery, trespassing after being forbidden, and first degree burglary.

Burglary – At 10:44 pm, the reporting party requested an officer in reference to a burglary in progress at 209 N. Pine in the alley. Subjects were in an older model truck with wood in the back. They left the scene. The reporting party doesn’t want a report, just an extra patrol in the area.

Field Interview – At 11:01 pm, an officer was out with one at Ponca City High School. Officer took a 15-year old into custody for public intoxication, minor in possession of beer/alcohol, possession of tobacco, possession of medical marijuana without license, possession of paraphernalia, and curfew violation.

Disturbance – At 11:50 pm, the reporting party advised of hearing several gunshots in the area of Wren Drive and Wren Place.
