Priyanka Chopra Jonas’ show Citadel makes a crude joke about Pal Meghan Markle’s princess-in-law Catherine! Perez Hilton

Evidently, Princess Catherine in other words Kate Middleton became the punch line of a crude joke in the new thriller series, Citadel. You know, the same show that shines Priyanka Chopra Jonas who is best friends with the 41-year-old royal’s rival Megan Markle!

For those who don’t know, the 40-year-old actress Amazon Prime video show — which premiered in April — follows two former cops, Nadia Sinh and Mason Kane (played by Richard Madden), whose memories were erased after the fall of the spy agency called Citadel. Throughout the season, the two characters try to remember their past and take down the Manticore crime syndicate. And they also get into trouble with Catherine during this trip!

In the third episode of Citadel, the Quantico Alum’s character sends Mason to the crime boss Balduino Basto, played by Sen Monro. Although Nadia does not appear in person, she speaks through an earpiece to talk to Mason. Balduino is at one point asked to help break into the office of the Chief of the Armed Forces, to which he says:

‘The Chief of the Armed Forces? You might as well have asked me how to get between the Duchess of Cambridge’s legs!

Wow. Princess Catherine has since been given the title Princess of Wales Queen Elizabeth II September passed away. However, she was most likely still referred to as the Duchess of Cambridge when one scene was filmed this season. So this looks like some serious shade is now being thrown at the royal family! At this time, neither Amazon Prime Video nor Priyanka have spoken out about the prank.
