Sherman Vincent Bradford, SR. “Sam”, 57

Sherman V Bradford, SR. (Sam) of Lakeland, FL, (57) passed away on June 7th, 2023. He was born in Hartford, CT on Sunday, November 07, 1965 during an electrical black out. He was survived by his parents Paul Bradford and Josephine Truman. His wife of 37 years, Janice (Dee Dee) Bradford and three beautiful children, Samantha Bradford, Sherman Bradford Jr, and Megan Potter. He was also survived by his 7 grandchildren; Ronnie, Mason, Scarlett, Brailey, Raelyn, Waylon, and Hagan.

He worked for Republic Services for 32 years, mostestly as a roll off truck driver, as well as an Operations Manager. He enjoyed his time fishing, watching football, watching Nascar racing, and going to the beautiful beaches of Florida. He was a people person. He loved to talk and share memories with anyone he met. He loved to spend time with his grandkids.

Sam will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. He has touched a lot of people in his life on earth and will always be remembered to everyone he spoke with.

Condolences may be sent to the family at Gentry Morrison Funeral Home.
