He was the breakout star of The Block: Glasshouse back in 2014.
And now Shannon Vos has turned his renovation skills towards creating an amazing luxury multi-storey pad in Torquay, Victoria, reports Domain.
Shannon did the spectacular interior design on the four-bedroom, five-bathroom seaside home, which has hit the market with a price guide of $7.5million-$7.7million.
Located 101kms from Melbourne in one of the region’s most prestigious neighbourhoods, the sprawling ultra modern house boasts a sleek but homey atmosphere.
Shannon has styled the sprawling 945sq metre house using cosy timber details, chic polished concrete and blackbutt flooring.
Highlights include a glorious magnesium pool and deck with adjoining BBQ and entertainment area which comes with its own Las Vega-style sound system.
Other highlights include a huge chef’s kitchen, which comes with a large breakfast island, Wolf ovens, a sub-zero wine fridge, a dumbwaiter and a butler’s pantry.
There’s also a home theatre, a yoga studio and gym, an art gallery, home office and a second downstairs lounge area.
Meanwhile, the upstairs master bedroom features beautiful water views and boasts a shoe closet, en-suite and walk-in wardrobes.
There’s also ducted climate control, a sophisticated home security system, solar heating and automated louvres and blinds.
Shannon, who runs his own business, Vos Creative, collaborated on the beautiful home with builder Stuart Voss and architect Frank Bienefelt.
The loveable surfer from Coffs Harbour rose to fame after scoring $335,000 with his brother Simon Vos on The Block: Glasshouse in 2014.
The boys won the season after the hammer came down on their newly renovated pad at $1.9million.
