Benyamen Ghaderi 

Benyamen Ghaderi was jailed for seven years after he was found guilty of drug dealing in Sudbury. 

It was discovered that Ghaderi, 23, was responsible for running the ‘Benny’ drug line in the town between June 17 and September 26 in 2021. 

Ghaderi, formely of Melbourne Road in London, was arrested by officers on patrol in Belle Vue Park. 

Following his arrest, officers discovered he sent bulk messages to drug users. 

At Ipswich Crown Court, he pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of crack cocaine and heroin.

Jason Anderson 

Jason Anderson has been warned he is facing a “lengthy” prison sentence after pleading guilty to firing a shotgun into the home of a work colleague. 

The 36-year-old Brandon man initially pleaded not guilty to attempted grievous bodily harm with intent and possessing a shotgun with intent to cause fear of violence following the incident on December 12 last year. 

However, Anderson, of Riverside Way, changed his plea to guilty at Ipswich Crown Court this week after the trial got underway. 

Sentencing has been adjourned until September 4.

Malakai Greaves-O’Connor 

Malakai Greaves-O’Connor will be sentenced later this year after following a violent incident that took place in 2021. 

Greaves O’Connor, of no fixed address, admitted to affray at Ipswich Crown Court on Monday. 

The incident took place on July 30, 2021. 

He will sentenced at Norwich Crown Court on September 29.

Mark Langford 

Former school teacher Mark Langford appeared at Ipswich Crown Court on Thursday accused of multiple offences.

Langford, of Ingleton Camforth, North Yorkshire, was charged with 11 offences, including indecently assaulting a child under 16, causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, causing a child to watch a person engaging in sexual activity and attempting to pervert the course of justice.

A plea hearing was adjouned until July 31.

Daniel Lea

Daniel Lea was jailed for eight years for sexually assaulting a schoolgirl. 

Lea, 28, of no fixed address, was convicted of three offences of sexual assault and assaulting a child under 13 by penetration by a jury at Ipswich Crown Court.

He was also made the subject of a sexual harm prevention order and ordered to sign the sex offenders’ register for life.
