Birmingham Stallions vs. New Orleans Breakers

All Alex in the end zone

After the Stallions held the Breakers out of the end zone and forced them to kick a field goal on the game’s opening drive, they responded with a score of their own. A seven-play, 60-yard drive resulted in a touchdown from Stallions QB Alex McGough that gave Birmingham a 7–3 lead.

Recover to backflip

The Stallions were about to return the ball to the Breakers, but a muffled kick from New Orleans enabled Birmingham CB Bryan Mills to get the ball back for his team. To celebrate, Mills did a backflip and the Stallions extended their lead to 10-3 in the second quarter.

Polar Power!

Quentin Poling delivered a huge hit on a sack for the Stallions to help Birmingham’s defense continue to dominate in the first half.

Bag dance!

Vontae Diggs hit “The Carlton” after coming up with a big sack late in the first half to keep the Stallions lead at four.
