Narrowboat at Swinford Toll Bridge is camera club winner

And they sent in lots of photos of boats, planes, trains, bikes and cars – but not many buses.

There were lots of striking images to choose from but we have selected Ian White’s stunning shot of a narrowboat heading under Swinford Toll Bridge.

It’s a beautiful image, with the colour of the narrowboat matching the river, and the bridge itself reflected in the water.

Hopefully Mr White didn’t have to wait for too long for the narrowboat to arrive to get his perfect shot.

Each week camera club members are given a theme and then post their pictures on the club’s Facebook page.

A selection of photos are featured in the Oxford Mail and online and one picture is chosen as the photo of the week.
