Norwich couple swap NHS jobs to make racy videos for punters on OnlyFans

A couple who swapped their jobs in the ambulance service for OnlyFans say they make quadruple their NHS salary. Kayley Winterson, 26 and Emily Rose, 28 both quite their jobs as emergency medical technicians (EMTs) in the ambulance service after suffering from “extreme burnout and traumatic jobs” whilst working on the NHS front line.

Kayley started OnlyFans in March 2021 after having left the ambulance service in January 2021. Her partner Emily then joined in January 2023. Now, the couple who have been together for seven years are making quadruple their NHS £11-an-hour salary and say that they are having “more fun” in the process.

Kayley said: “I joined the ambulance service during the first Covid lockdown in March 2020. I was finishing up my studies and they asked people if they had any capacity to help the ambulance service as an EMT in a full time role. I said yes and received an intense one week training course.

“Working in the ambulance service was terrible for our mental health. It’s a minimum 12 hour shift most of the time and it was so busy. Sometimes I’d be assigned a call at the start of my shift at 6am, but then by the end of my shift at 6pm I still hadn’t gotten round to going.

“I ended up feeling so bad thinking about leaving someone there so I’d just go anyway, but then a 12-hour shift turned into a 15-hour shift. It was emotionally and physically draining.”
