Oxfordshire set to be as warm as Barcelona as temperatures soar
With Summer well and truly on its way across the UK, temperatures have begun to rise across many areas including Oxfordshire. The temperature this weekend (Saturday, June 10 and Sunday, June 11) is set to soar once more.
According to the Met Office weather report, some areas across Oxfordshire are set to be as warm as Barcelona. The weather report currently shows that areas such as Oxford, Abingdon, Witney and more are expected to reach temperatures of around 25C.
It means that there’s no need to leave the country – or indeed the county – to enjoy sunny climes. With that in mind, OxfordshireLive recommends that residents stay safe in the sun with hats and suncream at the ready.
