Tumblestone Hollow welcomes new water play feature at Stonor Park

A new water feature is set to arrive at Tumblestone Hollow, the magical adventure play area at Stonor Park near Henley-on-Thames. The new feature will be open just in time for the May half term holiday.

The new water play includes stepping stones, sluice gates and hand pumps to entertain the kids, and provides the perfect cooling down station for the warmer weather. It has also been designed to blend into Stonor Park’s picturesque landscape

William, Lord Camoys and custodian of Stonor Park, said: “Tumblestone Hollow was extremely popular last summer, as visitors looked for large open spaces where they could entertain children of all ages, eat tasty food and enjoy the summer sunshine with some welcome shaded spots too.

“With that in mind, we wanted to ensure there was even more water play for children to splash in, should there be lots of warm weather again. It’s important that we’re always improving our experience for visitors and we hope this addition gives children another reason to get excited about visiting our magical playground.”

The water play will be open from Saturday, May 27 until Sunday, June 4. As well as the water play, guests can enjoy Tumblestone Hollow’s handmade pizzas from The Rumble Hut, cooked in a wood-fired Gozney oven.

The menu includes family favourites as well as gluten-free and vegan options. Handmade burgers, made from local organic longhorn beef, and soft-whip Italian ice cream are also available. Ticket prices start from £8 for those 92cm to 105cm and from £10 for anyone over 105cm. Those under 92cm and carers enter for free.
