Victoria Beckham wishes her dad a happy birthday with throwback snaps

Victoria Beckham sent a sweet tribute to her dad Tony on Thursday to celebrate his birthday.

The Spice Girl took to Instagram to send her love to her father, gushing: ‘Happy birthday to the best dad in the world We all love you so much! Kisses xx.

Alongside the message Victoria shared a stream of photos of herself and Tony, going back to her childhood in Essex.

Tony has been married to Victoria’s mother Jackie since 1970. The couple also share a son Christian and daughter Louise.

One snap showed Victoria as a toddler sat on her dad’s lap, while in another a teenage Victoria beams as she wraps an arm around Tony.

Victoria, herself a mother of four, couldn’t resist schooling her son Romeo as he posed for pictures around their home on US Mother’s Day over the weekend. 

The mother-of-four, 49, took to Instagram to share a snap her son had taken in their house and pointed out he had left the toilet seat up in the snap.

The footballer, who recently won the first professional trophy of his career after his Brentford B side trounced Blackburn under-21s 2-1 in the Premier League Cup final, posed in a jeans and grey sweatshirt combo as he took mirror selfies in he house.

However he chose the bathroom as one location and also inadvertently showed off the toilet – with the lid up in the background. 

His famous Spice Girl mum turned fashion designer gave her son some lessons in snapping the perfect selfie as she shared the snap on her own page and penned: 

‘Consider your background @romeobeckham (And put the seat down!!)’ 

She even pointed to the offending toilet by drawing an arrow onto the picture.
