West Ham Fans Banned from First Europa League Away Game

West Ham United fans will be banned from attending their first European away game next season as a result of their actions during the Europa Conference League final. The decision was made by UEFA after a section of West Ham fans threw objects and missiles onto the pitch during the final two weeks ago whenever a Fiorentina player went to take a corner in the first half. That included beer cups and electronic cigarettes, which resulted in Fiorentina captain Cristiano Biraghi being struck by one on the top of the head.
